Kate studied Social Care and Caring Services at Staffordshire University where she met her husband before starting a career flying with a well known airline.  After 12 years delivering customer service and dealing with different situations in the skies, Kate took a career break to concentrate on bringing up her three sons. Kate joined Rectory Road Surgery in 2011 to cover maternity leave for a receptionist, following this she moved to work with our community nurse who cares for our housebound patients with long term conditions. In 2013 Kate was successful in her application as Operations Manager and has a passion to work with the whole team to provide first class primary care to our patients. At home Kate lives with her husband and three sons. Kate enjoys spending time in the kitchen cooking and baking. When time permits Kate likes to socialise with her friends and spend quality time with her family.
Vicki Jefferies

Vicki JefferiesDeputy Practice Manager & Patient Services Manager

Vicki joined Wokingham Medical Centre in August 2022. Vicki has worked in Primary Care for 13 Years and previously worked for The Chobham & West End Medical Centre, starting as a receptionist then Reception Manager and working her way up to Deputy Practice Manager. Vicki is committed to supporting the team of Patient Service Advisors at Wokingham Medical centre to deliver an exceptional level of care and understanding to our patients. Vicki has 3 children and loves to spend time with her family, watching films, gardening and going on walks with her 2 dogs.

Tina MAdministration Manager

Tina Joined the Modality team in January 2023 having had previous experience in general practice, starting as a receptionist, then gaining further skills to perform administration and team leader duties.

Prior to working in the NHS Tina worked for the Police Service for 22 years covering many aspects of policing, from front line patrol duties, intelligence and covert operations, to Serious collision investigations.

At home Tina has a young family to look after and two very active young cats. She enjoys being active with her children doing a variety of exhilarating days out. Tina likes exploring the South of England in her touring caravan and trying new cuisines with her children.
